Governance:
As a Family Health Team (FHT) we are registered as a not-for-profit corporation with a Board of Directors that is responsible for providing governance and stewardship over the Madawaska Valley Family Health Team. With a mixed governance model, our Board of Directors consists of both family physicians and members of the community. The diversity of our Board of Directors fosters different perspectives of health care needs within the community.
